KuTaeKa-Do is a spectacular combination of Shaolin Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do and Karate. The dynamic kicks of Tae Kwon Do, the rapid, direct handtechniques of Karate and the flexibility of Kung Fu: KuTaeKa-Do combines all of these to create an extraordinary, realistic system of combat, with further influences of chinese kickboxing.
Praciticing KuTaeKa-Do will enhance your general fitness and strengthen your skills of combat, it will boost your health and confidence, as well as develop an inner peace, balance and safety in everyday life. The traditional forms of the sport will activate the „Qi“ (inner energy), which lives within each and one of us.
The philosophy of KuTeaKa-Do merges the essential doctrines of all the important spiritual traditions, as for example Daoism, Zen-Buddism and Yoga.
